We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our domiciliary care service in Ashford Kent. As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management and leadership of the domiciliary care service
• Ensuring the service is operated in line with CQC regulations and company policies
• Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members
• Conducting regular assessments and reviews of service users to ensure their needs are being met
• Managing budgets and resources effectively
• Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
