About Us:
We are a well-established home care provider delivering high-quality care to clients across Harlow and Epping. With a strong local presence and a growing client base, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the service—with the support of a dedicated Care Coordinator.
The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee and drive the operational and regulatory performance of the service. You’ll be supported by a Care Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of care and rota management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of care across Harlow and Epping
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and lead on quality audits
Line-manage the Care Coordinator and wider care team
Support recruitment, retention, and training of care staff
Manage safeguarding concerns and ensure all incidents are properly handled
Liaise with local authorities and commissioners
Promote a culture of excellence and accountability within the team
You Must Have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willing to complete)
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
Confidence in managing teams, rotas, and audits
A genuine passion for providing outstanding home care
A full driving licence and the ability to travel locally
