Job summary
Allied Care Limited is recruiting a Registered Manager for Honeybourne in Plymouth, overseeing a combined residential and nursing service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. A capable management team and clinical support structure already exist to enable strong leadership and governance.

Qualifications
- Experience leading services for adults with complex needs.
- Strong background in learning disability and/or nursing or complex-care environments.
- Proven ability to drive improvements, quality, governance and staff development.
- Solid knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and regulation.
- Experience with inspections, audits and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong, visible leadership across the service.
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care and support.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
- Support and develop staff teams, including Registered Nurses.
- Monitor staffing, performance and service quality.
- Maintain relationships with families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
- Drive continuous improvement across the service.
- Participate in on-call arrangements.
