Allied Care is recruiting a Registered Care Home Manager for Park Lodge, an adults with learning disabilities service. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and oversee clinical and operational performance on site in Plymouth, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and strong governance.

• Experience managing services for adults with complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and adult social care regulation.
• Experience with inspections, audits and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership across the service.
• Maintain high standards of person-centred care and support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CQC, etc.).
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
• Support and develop staff teams, including Registered Nurses.
• Monitor staffing, performance and service quality.
• Maintain relationships with families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
• Drive continuous improvement across the service.
• Participate in on-call management arrangements.
