Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd seeks an experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead our care home in Telford, delivering outstanding, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence.

You will hold a valid NMC PIN, have Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent), and proven senior management experience in a care home, with strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding adults, and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN and experience of medication management.
• Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent).
• Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership of supervising & leading a senior team, managing clinical staff, communication, and organisational skills.
• An understanding of safeguarding adults at risk.
• Understanding of key care principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home.
• Lead and support the clinical and care teams.
• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance.
• Manage staffing, quality assurance, and occupancy levels.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

Registered Manager - Clinical

Location: Telford

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Registered Manager to lead our Care Home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and experience of medication management,
• Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership of supervising & leading a senior team, managing clinical staff, communication, and organisational skills
• An I understanding of safeguarding adults at risk
• Understanding of key care
