Career Makers Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new, four-bedroom children's residential home in Basingstoke, Hampshire, specializing in EBD and complex needs. You will recruit and supervise the care team, ensure safeguarding, and drive high-quality outcomes for children.

The role requires strong leadership, Ofsted knowledge, and established Local Authority relationships to deliver a compliant, therapeutic service.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new, four-bedroom children's residential home in Basingstoke, specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.
