Care First UK Recruitment is working in partnership with a confidential client to recruit an exceptional Registered Manager for a brand-new, purpose-built Children's Residential Home in Market Weighton, East Yorkshire.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and experienced children's social care professional to lead a flagship service from the ground up, helping shape its culture, build a high-performing team and establish a service committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
The home is undergoing a premium refurbishment, with completion anticipated within the next three to four months. The purpose-built facility will feature 12 ensuite bedrooms and professionally landscaped gardens, providing a high-quality environment designed to support children and young people with complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
With a competitive salary of £60,000–£75,000 and an attractive bonus scheme, this is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who wants to make a genuine impact while taking ownership of a significant new service.
As Registered Manager, you will take the lead in preparing, launching and managing the home, ensuring the service delivers safe, therapeutic and child-centred care while meeting all relevant regulatory requirements.
We are looking for an experienced, commercially aware and passionate Registered Manager who can combine strong operational leadership with a commitment to safeguarding and improving the lives of vulnerable children.
