Job summary

Career Makers Inc. seeks a Registered Manager to lead the launch of a four-bedroom children’s residential home in Basingstoke, specialising in EBD and complex needs.

You will recruit and develop a care team, ensure Ofsted registration, safeguard compliance, manage budgets, and build relationships with Local Authorities to deliver high-quality, child-centred care.

This is a full-time strategic leadership role with a competitive salary and a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a children’s residential home, ideally specialising in EBD.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• Proven leadership, recruitment and team management skills.
• Established relationships with Local Authorities.
• Relevant qualifications and experience to meet Registered Manager requirements.

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire Salary: £45,000–£75,000 + Bonus Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new, four-bedroom children’s residential home in Basingstoke, specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a service from the ground up, recruit your own team and deliver high-quality, therapeutic care to children and young people.
