S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED invites applications for the Registered Manager position at a children’s residential home in Andover. The role oversees day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance to deliver a safe, therapeutic environment for young people with complex needs.

You will lead a dedicated team, work with therapists and external professionals, and ensure high standards of care, with a focus on outcomes and welfare. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within children's residential in the last 5 years.
At least 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child protection.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day running of the home with a focus on high standards of care and safeguarding.

Location: Andover

Salary: £55,845per annum

Hours: 39 hours | Monday - Friday ( occasional weekends depending on the needs of the service )

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have previous experience within children's residential care and meet Ofsted requirements for a Registered Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist children's residential home in Andover, supporting children with complex social, emotional and mental health needs, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD and trauma-related behaviours.

This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Salisbury, Basingstoke, Winchester, Newbury, Amesbury, Tidworth, Whitchurch, Romsey and surrounding areas.

As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day to day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.

You will lead and develop a dedicated team, work collaboratively with therapists and external professionals, and ensure a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive and achieve positive outcomes.
