Job summary

Horizon Care Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager for our Midlands children’s residential homes. You will lead a warm, safe home and ensure high-quality care, while guiding a dedicated team to achieve positive outcomes for young people.

You’ll oversee budgets and resources, safeguard vulnerable children, and liaise with professionals to secure positive results. Relevant qualifications and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in children's residential care management.
Experience in LD/EBD settings desirable.
Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and related legislation.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a warm, safe home for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and high-quality care.
Inspire and guide a motivated staff team; manage budgets and resources.
Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to secure positive results.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home’s purpose is fulfilled.
