Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with children and young people in residential care.
• Management/supervisory experience of at least 1 year in residential care within the last 2 years.
• Health, Social Care and Leadership qualifications aligned to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Children’s Home to ensure safety, wellbeing and development of young people.
• Develop, deliver and be responsible for services in line with regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with families, carers and professionals to support looked after children.
