Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager for residential children's homes or deputy manager at a similar setting.
• Outstanding leadership qualities and ability to lead a skilled staff team.
• Strong understanding of OFSTED requirements and safeguarding practices.
• Prepared to work toward Level 5 NVQ if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional leadership for the home and register as manager with Ofsted.
• Ensure high quality service delivery that meets the needs of children and families.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and manage the budget.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain a safe, responsive, outcomes‑driven service.
