Job summary

You will inherit an established team, drive recruitment, staff development and a child-centred culture, with support to pursue a level 5 qualification and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's residential care and safeguarding practices
• Ability to lead and develop staff teams
• Knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and legislative frameworks
