S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children's home in Stoke on Trent. You will ensure high-quality, safeguarding-focused care and regulatory compliance, while developing the staff team and driving positive outcomes for the children.

The role requires Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care, with Level 5 leadership desirable, and experience in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care is required.
• Level 5 qualification desirable or willingness to work towards it.
• Proven experience in a Children's Residential Home.
• Experience with EBD and complex needs.
• Leadership or senior management experience in children's care.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and Ofsted compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 4-bed Children's Residential Home.
• Ensure high-quality care and safeguarding compliance.
• Develop and motivate the staff team.
• Oversee individualised care plans, risk assessments and reviews.
• Manage day-to-day operations, resources and budget.
