Job summary

Worcestershire County Council is recruiting a Registered Manager for a four-bed children's home in Worcestershire. You will lead the service to provide high-quality care and ensure regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.

You will inherit an established team, support recruitment, staff development and foster a child-centred culture where young people can thrive. A Level 5 qualification is expected, with hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager with experience in children's residential care.
• Knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Experience implementing safeguarding practices.
• Strong leadership and staff development and recruitment skills.
• Commitment to a child-centred culture and continuous improvement.
