Job summary

Pro Social Partners, in partnership with Solent Child Care, is seeking a Registered Manager for a children's home in the New Forest, Hampshire. This permanent, full-time role carries responsibility for care quality, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, with support for funded qualifications and a rewarding benefits package.

You will lead a child-centered staff team, ensure robust care planning, and collaborate with partners to drive continuous improvement and Ofsted readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential childcare services with a focus on safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in staff development, supervision, and building a child-centered culture.
• Eligibility to register with Ofsted as Registered Manager and willingness to achieve approved qualification standards.

The Role

About You

• You will be an experienced residential childcare leader with:
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete it.
• At least two years in residential childcare within the last five years.
• At least one year in a supervisory or management role within a children's home.
• The ability to register with Ofsted as Registered Manager.
