Ofsted Registered Manager (Children’s Home – EBD, Start-Up)

Location: Bradford area (BD postcode or nearby preferred – car required)

The Employer: A values-led children’s residential care provider preparing to open their first 2-bed EBD/SEMH home in West Yorkshire. The service is fully furnished and ready. The provider is deeply committed to small homes, structured environments, and holistic child-centred care — with scope to grow.

Timing: The home is ready — all that's missing is the right RM to progress the Ofsted registration.

Ethos: Calm, trauma-informed, relational and structured. A non-corporate provider led by care professionals who prioritise emotional intelligence, ethics, and outcomes.
