Pin Point Health & Social Care is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a children's home in Loughborough. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop the team and ensure high-quality, safe, individualised care for children and young people in a supportive environment.

Essential: Level 3/4 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent, working toward Level 5, and at least 2 years' experience in a children's home.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 qualification in Children's Residential Care or equivalent.
• Working towards Level 5 qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential home.
• Previous senior, supervisory or management experience.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead and develop the residential care team.

• Maintain safeguarding and regulatory standards.
• Oversee care plans, documentation and staff supervision.
• Work with social workers, families and other professionals.

About You

You will need:

• Level 3/4 qualification in Children's Residential Care or equivalent
• Working towards a Level 5 qualification
