Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a care home or assisted living with CQC registration.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent desirable.
• Passion for person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Lead care home operations and ensure CQC compliance and quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits on hygiene, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee staff training on dementia care, medication management, safeguarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation on resident care, rotas, incidents, and regulatory needs.
• Build relationships with families and health professionals to ensure seamless care.
