What you'll do as a Registered Manager :

Salary up to £53,725.86

Full therapeutic training (PACE, Attachment, etc.)

Enhanced pay on Christmas & New Year

Clear career progression

• Minimum of 2years previous experience within the last 5 years in a position

Level 3 Residential Childcare + Level 5 Leadership (or working towards)

Proven experience managing children's homes

Strong leadership and Ofsted knowledge

Full UK driving licence + Enhanced DBS (funded)
