Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a nurse-qualified Registered Manager for a well-established elderly care provider near Nottingham. The role offers a competitive salary of £75,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus scheme, along with salary sacrifice and opportunities for further qualifications.

The successful candidate will lead high-quality, person-centred care, develop multidisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance, continuing to drive improvements and growth within the service.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN).
• Previous experience as Home Manager or Registered Care Manager in elderly care.
• Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership.
• Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.
• Excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance.
