Sgs-Care-Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 4-bed children’s residential home in Sunderland. The role demands strong leadership, safeguarding, and population-specific care for children and young people.
You will oversee a 40-hour week Monday–Friday, with flexibility for weekends and sleepovers, and you must have relevant Level 3/4 qualifications and a Level 5 Diploma, or be working towards it. Salary ranges up to £57,712.50 with additional sleep‑in payments.
Location: Sunderland
Salary: £48,600 – £57,712.50 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Flexibility is required to work weekends, bank holidays and sleepovers when needed.

Sleep‑ins: Sleep‑ins may be required and are paid at £75 per sleep‑in.
Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: Children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex health needs.
