We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead and shape our brand-new trauma-informed therapeutic children's service at Ivetsey House in Stafford. Designed to feel like a true family home, this unique service will provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people, where they can flourish and feel truly valued. With space for just 3 to 4 children, Ivetsey House will focus on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, offering personalised care that mirrors the routines and relationships of a family home. From supporting with homework to sharing everyday moments like mealtimes and activities, this service is built on fostering trust, connection, and emotional well-being. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build and lead a new service from the ground up.
