Ofsted Registered Children's Home Manager

Pay rate

£44,000 - £52,000 per annum plus up to £8,500 in bonuses

Location

We are seeking a committed, diligent Registered Children's Home Manager to join our home in Nuneaton.

Requirements for a Children's Home Registered Manager
  • At least 2 years in a role relevant to residential care of children within the last 5 years (essential)
  • At least 1 year supervising and managing care staff (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (highly desirable)
  • Level 3 (or above) diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Experience participating in Ofsted inspections (essential)
  • Deep knowledge of legislation, regulations, and best practices in child care, with ability to implement them (essential)
  • Attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion (essential)
  • Candour and integrity (essential)
  • Ability to be caring and compassionate while upholding rules and regulations (essential)
  • UK driving licence (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
  • Over 21 years old to meet industry regulations (essential)
