Job Title: Registered Care Manager

Location: Birmingham

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are currently recruiting for a leading provider of high-quality care services, specializing in learning disabilities and mental health, committed to improving clients' lives.

We seek a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team and register with CQC. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the delivery of care services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
• Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Registered Care Manager qualification.
