Keys Group is seeking an ambitious Deputy Manager to step into their first Registration in Hampshire. You’ll work with a regional clinical team, receive trauma-informed support, and be backed by your Regional Manager on your personal development.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within Children's Residential
• Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young People management qualification)
• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989 and children’s home regulations
• Experience of budgets and financial management
• Full driving licence is essential

Job description

This is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious Deputy Manager to step into their first Registration. Our Hampshire region has a lot of operational support available to it's Managers. You'll work closely with your line manager on your own personal development in the role.

This home supports up to 3Children & Young People. This home would be ideal for someone with a background working in anEBD setting as a Deputy or Registered Manager.

You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and a regional clinical team that operates under a trauma-informed model of care. You’ll be supported by your own Psychologist and Therapist specific to your home and region.

What you'll bring to the role:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a supervisory role within Children's Residential
• Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
• Experience of budgets and financial management.
• Full driving licence is essential.
