Are you a passionate and experienced leader with a heart for making a lasting impact on young lives? We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic children's home dedicated to providing safety, stability, and support for children and young people.

In this vital role, you’ll be at the helm of a warm, nurturing home—guiding a committed team, shaping a trauma-informed environment, and ensuring the highest quality of care in line with regulatory standards.

? Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the home’s daily operations
• Deliver safe, therapeutic, and person-centred care that puts young people first
• Use the PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) model to support emotional development
• Oversee safeguarding and risk management with a proactive, trauma-aware approach
• Champion staff development through training, supervision, and leadership
• Manage the home’s budget, resources, and environment to maintain a safe and welcoming space
• Work closely with professionals, families, and external agencies to advocate for the best outcomes

? What We’re Looking For

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience managing a children’s home (or as a Deputy ready to step up)
• A deep understanding of children’s social care legislation (Children’s Homes Regs 2015 & Quality Standards)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people skills
• A commitment to trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and child-centred practice
