Right at Home Salford & Worsley is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new franchise office in Salford. You will guide the team, ensure CQC compliance, oversee health and safety, and drive continuous improvements in care delivery. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for growth within a nationwide home care network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams to deliver compliant, high-quality care
• Strong understanding of CQC criteria for Good/Outstanding ratings
• Proven ability to recruit, train and retain care staff
