Job summary

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an Enabling Registered Manager for the Rawmarsh Joint Service Centre. You will lead overall service delivery, ensure CQC compliance, and promote person-centred, enabling support to maximise independence and choice for people we support.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and the ability to develop high-performing teams. A Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to achieve is required, with full UK driving licence

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience within health and social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

About the Role
