Job Description.

The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record in managing children's homes. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist in setting up two new two-bedroom homes in the Chorley area.

The organisation places children at the heart of everything it does and collaborates closely with the therapeutic team to ensure that it achieves outstanding outcomes for children.

As an organisation, we recognise that our staff are our most valuable asset, and we aim to invest in our team members to support their growth and development within the organisation.

We're looking for a manager who can foster a warm, loving environment with a supportive and caring team, where children feel safe and have lots of fun!

The role will involve opening a 2-bedroom home and then opening another shortly after under dual registration.

The Salary is up to £65,000

Responsibilities

• Ensure the home is operating within safeguarding guidelines
• Manage the day-to-day running of the home
• Ensure the team embed the therapeutic model into day-to-day practice.
• All responsibilities as a home's manager
• Support recruitment and staff development
• Ensure that the home operates in line with all current legislation.
• On-call responsibilities.
