Location: Lytham, St Annes Lancashire
Type of YPs: Mixed gender, presenting with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Ofsted Rating: Good or Outstanding
Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio for quality care
An experienced, passionate, and motivated Registered Manager with a strong track record in children’s residential services. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance in line with Children's Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
You’ll be joining a small, family-run organisation that places strong emphasis on family values and quality care.
