Your Service

Your Role

As a Service Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the service, promote quality excellence, and support personal growth of your team. Your leadership will make a difference in the lives of colleagues and those we support, ensuring everyone at Consensus can flourish.

  • Enable individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives.
  • Support team wellbeing and development.
  • Manage the service efficiently, balancing budget and quality.
  • Oversee financial performance and resource management.
  • Promote quality assurance and compliance with legal and statutory obligations.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data management.
  • Maintain registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

About You
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviors
  • Experienced Service Manager with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 4/5 training supported
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts and be on call as needed
  • Commitment to person-centered care and equitable opportunities
