Role Description
Join Our Team As Registered Manager With PBS Experience

Location: Oxfordshire (Kennington and Didcot) - Multi site

Salary: up to £47,150 per annum plus benefits

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.

About the Role

Lead an award-winning supported living home that has received recognition for excellence, including the Excellence Award and the Oxfordshire Providers Award. Your role will involve managing a dedicated team to provide exceptional, person-centred support, ensuring residents live with dignity, joy, and independence. You will oversee multiple locations, working with a team that includes Senior and Deputy Managers, and support over 1000 hours of care in South Oxfordshire.

Essential Criteria
  • Experience with Autism, Positive Behaviour Support, and Learning Disabilities
  • QCF in Health & Social Care Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living
About You

We seek an extraordinary Registered Service Manager committed to high-quality, personalised support. You should hold an NVQ 5 in Care and Management or equivalent, with experience working with autism and learning disabilities. A current driving license and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are required for emergency support and travel between locations.
