The Role:

The Registered Manager will oversee the smooth operation of the retirement village, ensuring high standards are maintained.

• Welcome and support new residents during their settling-in process
• Provide professional front-of-house service and engage with visitors
• Act as the primary contact for residents, offering support and advice
• Handle resident concerns with discretion and confidentiality
• Manage development projects, including gardens and grounds, for safety
• Facilitate social activities to enrich residents' lives
