I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a small Residential Home for the Elderly in Liverpool. The home has full staffing levels and high occupancy.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

• Overall management of the care home
• Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinary procedures
• Coordinate with outside healthcare professionals regarding care
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
