Ofsted Registered Manager

Brand new opportunity for a Ofsted Registered Manager to join the team of one of our clients, based within Staffordshire

As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the leadership and operational management of the service. You will be:

• Leading and mentoring the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred support.
• Driving quality and safeguarding standards in line with Ofsted requirements.
• Managing referrals, admissions, compliance, and audits with full regulatory accountability.
• Supporting and developing your team through supervision, training, and clear performance expectations.
• Engaging with local authorities, external partners, and professionals to build strong relationships and pathways for the children in your care.
