Job summary

A registered manager is sought in Manchester to lead a small residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. The service is currently rated Good by CQC and the successful candidate will drive quality and person-centred care.

Ideal applicants will have Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or be working towards it) and demonstrate warmth, clear communication, and a track record of service leadership within a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism within a residential care setting.
• Have managed or supported services through successful CQC inspections.
• Are already a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready for progression.
• Lead with warmth, common sense and clear communication.

The Registered Manager Overview:

We’re working with a well-established, values-led provider who is growing at the right pace. They’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the reins of a small residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

This is a great opportunity to lead an established service, which is currently rated 'Good' with CQC.

If you’re currently a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, this is a chance to work somewhere with supportive senior leadership and progression opportunities.

The Registered Manager role:

The Registered Manager Candidate:
