Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking a Registered Manager for a growing care provider in Kent, overseeing Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. You will lead a staff team with clear direction and ongoing development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 5 (or be working towards it) and have strong experience in managing residential or supported living services, with a background in recruiting staff and managing

• Good knowledge of CQC, Health and Safety and Local Authority requirements.
• Experience of managing Residential or Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
• Background in recruiting staff and occupancy.
• Experience of line managing a large staff team.

Domus are recruiting for aRegistered Manager on behalf of a growing and ambitious care provider based in Kent, to support the leadership and development of their Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Supported by an amazing leadership team,you will provide clear direction, management and supervision of a great staff team.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager within the Health and Social Care sector, with a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

• Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.
• Responsible for budget management.
• Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
• You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home and be an excellent manager of staff.

Registered Manager Requirements:
