About the Role:

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals with complex needs. You’ll be a key driver in fostering a positive, person-centred environment and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a dedicated team, promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
  2. Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality care services tailored to individual needs.
  3. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
  4. Ensure the service complies with all regulatory and organisational standards.
  5. Act as the CQC Registered Manager and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Previous management experience in a care setting (adult social care, learning disabilities, or similar).
  2. NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
  3. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  5. A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
