Job summary

New Way Recruitment LTD is assisting a well-established care home in Blackpool to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager. The 29-bed residential and dementia service seeks a leader who can uphold person-centred care and drive quality ahead of the next inspection.

You will oversee daily operations, develop the team, ensure CQC compliance, and drive occupancy while maintaining excellent resident and family experiences, with support from the Deputy Manager and senior team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care home management position.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Passion for dementia and elderly care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Driven, energetic and committed to delivering outstanding care.
