Job summary

Fame 24hour Care in Ipswich is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person‑centred care and day‑to‑day operational excellence. You will uphold CQC regulations, manage staff recruitment and training, develop care plans and safeguarding measures, and build strong relationships with service users, families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care (minimum 2 years preferred).
• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and care governance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
