Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in Plymouth for an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Manager. This full-time, permanent role focuses on mental health, learning disabilities and autism, with opportunities for progression.

You will ensure CQC compliance, lead audits, manage staff performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining person-centred care. Strong leadership, communication and budget oversight are essential.
