The Role

As Care Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and overall performance of the home. You will create an environment where residents feel valued, families feel reassured and staff feel supported to deliver their best.

You do not need to be nurse qualified, but you must have a proven track record of successfully managing a care home, maintaining high care standards and leading teams effectively.
