Are you an experienced, nurse-qualified Care Home Manager looking for your next career opportunity?

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established and highly regarded nursing home in Lanarkshire, providing high-quality care and support to older people, including residents living with dementia.

The Role

As Nursing Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred and high-quality care.

You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, maintaining strong clinical and operational standards while creating a positive environment for residents, their families and staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strong leadership and direction across the home
• Ensuring consistently high standards of nursing and dementia care
• Managing and developing a large multidisciplinary care team

About You

We are looking for an experienced and confident nurse-qualified Care Home Manager who has a proven track record of successfully managing a large nursing or residential care home.

You will ideally have:

• A current nursing qualification and valid NMC registration
• Significant experience managing a large care home
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience working with older people and dementia care
• A sound understanding of CI regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident care
• The confidence and ability to lead a large team and drive positive change
