Job summary

Domus Recruitment seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee two domiciliary care branches as they grow. You will split time between Northampton and Coventry offices, driving operational excellence, financial performance and high standards of client care.

Ideal candidates will have private domiciliary care management experience, a track record of commercial growth, and strong budgeting and leadership skills. Travel between Northampton and Coventry will be regular.

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience within private domiciliary care.
  • Proven track record of growing a care service commercially.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial performance and operational management.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations with a history of maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience leading recruitment, networking and business development initiatives.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Confident communicator with an engaging, positive and approachable leadership style.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between Northampton and Coventry.

Are you a commercially driven Operations Manager who is looking for your next challenge?

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee two established domiciliary are services as they enter an exciting period of growth.

This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of both branches, whilst driving operational excellence, commercial performance and exceptional care standards.

You will divide your time between both Northampton and Coventry offices, supporting the established teams and looking to grow the hours of care per week.
