Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead our growing supported living services across the East Midlands. With seven established services currently operating across Leicester, Burton upon Trent, and Staffordshire, this is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio that supports adults to live independently within their own homes and communities.

Our services support people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and mobility-related support requirements. As Registered Manager, you will provide leadership across all locations, working closely with a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

This is a particularly exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and develop the region. We are currently progressing a split of our CQC registration and are invested in strengthening our management structure to support future expansion. While there is an existing office base in Leicester, we are open to establishing a more permanent base location that works for the successful candidate.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, shape the future of the service, and play a key role in driving growth, quality, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

A Day in the Life of Our Locality Manager

As the Locality Manager, you'll be the driving force behind safe, effective, and caring environments across your services within the Lincolnshire region. You will lead by example, champion best practice, and ensure all homes meet both our high internal standards and all regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering Outstanding Care: Ensuring residents across all services understand their care choices and receive personalised support that promotes dignity, individuality, and choice. Monitoring and reviewing care plans to meet changing physical and mental health needs across multiple services within the region.
  • Driving Quality & Compliance: Conducting thorough audits across all Lincolnshire services to assess quality, taking swift action where improvement is needed. Maintaining robust risk assessments to safeguard residents and ensure safe, well-run homes across the region.
  • Leading & Developing Your Team: Recruiting, inducting, training, and motivating staff teams across multiple services within Lincolnshire to perform at their best. Providing ongoing supervision, support, and when necessary, managing disciplinary or performance-related processes. Creating effective rotas and contingency staffing plans to ensure seamless care delivery across all services in the region.
  • Ensuring Accountability & Transparency: Handling safeguarding, complaints, and incidents across all Lincolnshire services with professionalism and empathy. Completing accurate and timely notifications, ensuring full duty of candor with residents, families, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For

- Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Management or equivalent or 1st Level Nurse or qualified Social Worker.

- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care service is highly desirable, ideally with experience of multi-site or locality-based management responsibility.

- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the adult care sector, including regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to oversee and support multiple teams across a region.

- Experience supporting vulnerable or complex client groups.

- QCF Assessors qualification (Desirable)

- At least 12 months remaining on your Right to work in the UK.
