Job summary
Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a registered manager to lead a London-based fostering registration. The role requires senior/managerial experience, a recognised Social Work qualification, and a Level 4 or 5 Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services diploma.
You will drive plans toward an Outstanding rating and ensure high standards of care. The role is full-time and permanent with a competitive package up to £75,000, plus benefits including 30 days

A leading Independent Fostering Agency group with a family-feel working environment are looking for a Registered Manager of their registration in London.
This role is full-time, and permanent, and they offer an extensive list of benefits, along with their competitive package of up to £75,000.
The group is a certified 'Great place to work' 2026, and all fostering agencies within the are officially recognised by Ofsted, Welsh and Scottish regulators as either 'Outstanding' or 'Good'.
The ideal Registered Manager will have Senior/Managerial experience plus either a level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services. You will be integral to the organisation's plans for Outstanding rating and to continue their growth.
