Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is recruiting an Independent Fostering Agency's Fostering Registered Manager to lead the North West fostering service. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) and a regional remit across the area.

You will hold a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have post-qualification management experience in fostering. The role involves leading staff, overseeing placements, safeguarding, compliance, and striving for positive outcomes for children

Your role as Registered Manager is to ensure the organisation provides the highest quality of service to children and young people placed through the Agency and you will manage all recruitment and development of staff.
