Job summary

Bluebird Care Chester & Flintshire is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service across Chester and Flintshire, reporting to Directors. You will drive service quality, compliance and a motivated team to deliver person-centred care.

You will build strong relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals while maintaining excellent standards and supporting continuous improvement. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Strong understanding of CIW and CQC regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure CIW/CQC compliance and company standards.
• Support, motivate and develop the care and office teams.
• Manage quality assurance, audits and safeguarding.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our domiciliary care service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and team performance.

You will work closely with our office team and care professionals to ensure customers receive safe, person-centred care while creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and motivated.
