Accomplish Group in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 10-bed complex care home. You will lead operations, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards, while promoting independence and resident rights.

The role requires leadership in Residential Care and experience with ABI/Complex Needs. Level 5 qualification is held or pursued, with a stable, resident-centred approach to management.

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager within Complex Care who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.

You'll be overseeing the operations of our 10 bed home in Bromsgrove. This service supports people with complex needs, predominately Brain Injuries.

We Are Looking For a Manger Who Is

• Experienced in a leadership role within Residential Care
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting
• Demonstrates positive values
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
